Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor 

        Kate Baldasare is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Post Natal Certified Trainer, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. With her decade long experience in the fitness industry, she has taught at boutique fitness studios in New York City as well traveling the world to lead intensives and fitness retreats. Kate's positive attitude and fresh approach to training made her highly sought after by celebrities and local clients alike. In 2021, Kate founded her own company for private training and group fitness. 


        Kate has hosted a segment on Good Morning America and performed on Live! with Kelly and Ryan. Kate has contributed as a fitness expert to People Magazine, StyleCaster and has created content in partnership with several fitness brands, like Danskin. As a former professional dancer, Kate has a love for integrating fitness with dance and functional training. She currently teaches her proprietary Dance Cardio + Strength Classes and trains private clients in the NYC area as well as travels to train with clients around the world! 



Kate is committed to helping everyone she comes in contact with to find freedom and happiness in fitness. Through her methods of exciting dance based movement and detail oriented strength work, her passion is to teach powerhouse women to have an attainable and exciting fitness routine that will help them prepare for their next big change in life and beyond.
